2020 has been a weird year, while sadness struck the entire globe, online chess had an influx of players and streamers from all of the world, at every skill level. 

While some experienced the boom more than others, there have been a multitude of chess streamers who were stuck where they were and could not get audience no matter what they have tried. Chess, as a category on Twitch, has become highly competitive and even if you have triple digit-viewers that no longer guarantees you the top 5 spot on Twitch. So, discoverability solely based on Twitch's algorithm is very low if you have less than 100 viewers (which is the case for majority of us).
