Good morning friends and chess friends.

Today we will look at puzzles 16 to 20.

Puzzle number 16

But let us return to our puzzle

S-->we have Rxe1+

C--> there are no more captures

A--> Bh3 threatens mate on e1, Bc6 threatens rook on a1 and also mate on e1

P-->our opponent's plan, what is white threatening? Rxe8+. Rxb8

What is our worst piece is the knight on b8.

With this list it will not be difficult to find the solution. But, I'll be repetitive, that's not the goal. Our intent is to be able to put a logical thread to our thoughts. If we make mistakes, it will be those above all that will help us understand where we went wrong.

Partiamo sempre dall'applicazione del metodo SCAP. In modo da strutturare il nostro pensiero. Alla fine ci basterà un colpo d'occhio per trovare la soluzione. Per chi ancora si chiede se possa essere un metodo utile, sono incappato in questo video dei corsi su Chessable, disponibile accedendo dal menù impara qui su chess.com. Ho iniziato a vedere cosa proponeva a cominciare dai corsi gratuiti e ho visto questo corso e... non vi rovino la sorpresa, ma anche un GM lo utilizza nella sua routine di allenamento.

Ma ritorniamo al nostro problema

S-->abbiamo Txe1+

C--> non ci sono altre catture

A--> Ah3 minaccia matto in e1, Ac6 minaccia la torre in a1 e anche il matto in e1

P-->piano del nostro avversario, cosa sta minacciando il Bianco? Txe8+. Txb8

Qual è il nostro pezzo peggiore il Cavallo in b8. 

Con questa lista non sarà difficile trovare la soluzione. Ma, sarò ripetitivo, non è l'obiettivo. Il nostro intento é riuscire a mettere un filo logico ai nostri pensieri.  Se commettiamo degli errori, saranno soprattutto quelli aiuteranno a capire dove abbiamo sbagliato.

Dovremmo essere abbastanza rodati da riuscire a individuare la soluzione. Muovete solo se siete sicuri, non andate a tentativi. Individuate la lista delle candidate e analizzatele tutte a partire dagli scacchi al Re. Se avete dubbi o bisogno di un ulteriore spiegazione lasciate pure un vostro commento sotto.

E' sicuramente il più difficile tra quelli finora incontrati. Provate a risolverlo e poi continuate la lettura.

We always use the SCAP method as a starting point.

S-->there is no chess

C-->axb4, Qxb4, Qxd5, Bxh6

A--> here we skip for a moment, so as not to give too many suggestions and move on to P

P--> what does Black threaten? Nxc2++ double check or even Nd3++, thus an annoying discovery check.

White's worst piece? Quite a few, all those not yet developed.

So taking up the attacks on the letter A, now it might be clearer what we have to do, close the diagonal e1-a5, but how?

Utilizziamo come base di partenza sempre il metodo SCAP.

S-->non ci sono scacchi

C-->axb4, Dxb4, Dxd5, Axh6

A--> qua sorvoliamo un attimo, per non dare troppi suggerimenti e passiamo alla P

P--> cosa minaccia il Nero? Cxc2++ scacco doppio o anche Cd3++, quindi un fastidioso scacco di scoperta.

Il peggior pezzo del Bianco? Parecchi, tutti quelli non ancora sviluppati.

Quindi riprendendo gli attacchi alla lettera A, adesso potrebbe essere più chiara cosa dobbiamo fare, chiudere la diagonale e1-a5, ma come?
