ACT ONE
INT. THE OLD SUBWAY TUNNELS - NIGHT
The air is damp and smells of rust. KALEB and the PACK are moving through a disused maintenance tunnel. The only light comes from NIGHTWEAVER’S glowing suit and VOLT-SPIDER’S faint electrical hum.
JAX is carrying a portable deck, looking at a screen that’s mostly static.
JAX
The Eraser Drones are literally 'un-making' the shipyard above us. If we hadn't dropped into the dead zone, we’d be pixels right now.
KALEB
(Stopping at a heavy iron door)
Paul, you sure about this?
RED-RIDER (Paul)
(Kicking the door open)
Trust me. My brother and I used to hide out here when the city sirens went off. The walls are lined with lead and old tech—it’s a signal graveyard.
They step into a massive, vaulted chamber filled with discarded CRT monitors, old radio towers, and stacks of analog books. Sitting in a chair made of recycled circuit boards is a figure wearing a hooded poncho over a faded Spider-Man t-shirt. He’s tinkering with a ham radio.
This is THE ARCHIVIST.
THE ARCHIVIST
(Without looking up)
You’re late, Interceptor. I expected you ten minutes ago, but I suppose the wolf-girl had to stop and sniff the tracks.
WILLOW (Silver Crescent)
(Growling)
How do you know my scent?
THE ARCHIVIST stands up. He’s older, with graying hair and a prosthetic arm made of clockwork and brass.
THE ARCHIVIST
I know all of you. I’ve been watching the Convergence since the first glitch hit the 555. Malice-Byte wasn't the end. He was a firewall that failed. Now, the Multiverse is trying to 'Format' this Earth to save the others.
KALEB
(Stepping forward)
How do we stop the Format?
THE ARCHIVIST
You don't. You can't fight a system delete with webs and punches. You need the Master Key. It’s hidden in the one place Kaleb’s variant—Malice-Byte—couldn't go.
INT. THE COMMAND CENTER - CONTINUOUS
C.I.R.C.U.I.T. beeps urgently.
C.I.R.C.U.I.T.
Detection! A high-frequency scan is penetrating the tunnel ceiling. The Eraser Drones have found a loophole!
ACT TWO
The ceiling begins to dissolve into white light.
THE ARCHIVIST
(Handing Kaleb an old-fashioned brass key-card)
Go to the Old City Library. The basement. Not the digital archives—the physical books. The Key is hidden in the text. If you want to save your parents and your world, you have to read between the lines!
KALEB
Wait! Who are you?
THE ARCHIVIST
(Smiles sadly as the white light surrounds him)
I’m the guy who failed to save Earth-444. Don't be me, Kaleb.
The Archivist vanishes into a swarm of digital cubes as the tunnel collapses.
KALEB
(Grabbing the key-card)
Pack! Everyone to the Library! CICI, cloak the group! LUNA, we need the Eclipse Sphere to provide a distraction above ground!
FADE OUT.
