Activity Based Achievements
You get these achievements by participating in the chess.com community! Based on your activity in the community, you get activity points.
- Commenting on a forum, article or blog, and creating a note in a profile or club gives you 1 point
- Posting a blog gives you 2 points
- Posting news in a club gives you 5 points
Based on how many points you earn, you get different achievements
- Getting 1 point gives you the 1st Word achievement
- Getting 100 points gives you the Participant achievement
- Getting 1000 points gives you the Megaphone achievement
- Getting 10000 points gives you the Chatterbox achievement
You can see how many points you have by going to your profile in Home Menu -> Profile. It is the number under the dial. (This account has 5)
IMPORTANT: Try to avoid spamming in public places such as forums or blog comments, as you can be muted or banned. If you choose to spam, do it in your own notes or a private club
IMPORTANT: You do not get points for private messages with other members
