Tournament Achievements

You get these achievements by competing in certain numbers of Tournaments. Only daily tournaments and live Swiss tournaments count for these achievements, arena tournaments do not.

You only need to join a tournament for it to count towards the achievement, you do not have to actually play in it. You can then withdraw from the tournament, and it will still count towards the achievement. This means that you can repeatedly join and withdraw from a tournament 100 times to get challenger.

• Competing in 1 tournament gives you the Contender achievement
• Competing in 10 tournaments gives you the Competitor achievement
  
• Competing in 100 tournaments gives you the Challenger achievement

Steps:

1. Go to Play -> Tournaments
   
2. Choose Daily Tournaments from the right side
3. Choose any tournament, click on it, and click Join (Some tournaments have certain requirements for you to join, e.g. having played a certain numbr of daily games. Choose one that doesnt have any requirements)
4. On the right side, click Withdraw
5. Return to the daily chess tournaments page and repeat until you get the achievements

Of course, you could also play the tournaments if you want
