Here are 10 Secret awards on chess.com

  1. Searching for Bobby Fisher

Go to the master games database and search for Bobby Fisher then when the results load you get the award. Really easy to get

2. Castle victory

You must deliver checkmate by castling. This usually requires trapping the opponent's king in the center and using your newly moved rook (or the king's placement) to deliver the final blow.

3.Killer King

Deliver checkmate by moving your King. This is almost always a "discovered checkmate," where your King moves out of the way to reveal an attack from a rook, bishop, or queen that ends the game.

4.Nick of Time

Win a game with less than 1.0 second remaining on your clock. It’s easiest to achieve in "Bullet" (1-minute) games where time scrambles are frequent.

5.Full House

Win a game without losing a single piece. While rare in high-level play, you can often get this at lower levels or by playing a very quick "Scholar’s Mate" if your opponent isn't prepared.

6.Juggler

You must have 20 Daily Games (correspondence chess) going at the same time. You don't have to win them to get the award; you just have to have them active.

7.Chess Marathon

Play a single game that lasts for more than 100 moves. This is most common in endgames where one player is trying to force a win with a slight advantage or during a long defensive struggle.

8.Full Day
Spend a cumulative total of 24 hours solving puzzles. Every minute you spend in the "Puzzles" section counts toward this total.
9.Good Habit

Solve at least one rated puzzle every day for 7 consecutive days. If you miss a day, the counter resets!

10.First!

  • Be the first person to comment on the "Daily Puzzle." This usually requires being online right when the puzzle resets (midnight Pacific Time).
