The Club Battleground

Hello!

As promised in my last post I will be posting more updates on the club events more now. This post is going to be focused on The 2020 Daily Match Championships - Division 1 - The Current Round is #2.  I will be giving a brief description of each match and some of their games.

There is currently 8 remaining clubs in this tournament.

MATCH #1

NM Coach Bill's Free Video Lessons  VS Rosie Angels

Due to the roster on Rosie Angels' side not being locked by the designated time this match has been called for NM Coach Bill's Free Video Lessons. The Match has been canceled and Coach Bill's club advances.

MATCH #2

Road to GM VS Complex Fun

Points Needed to Win:

Road to GM: 2

Complex Fun: 1

This will be a very big upset if Complex Fun ends up beating Road to GM. The two players are separated by 114 rating points apart. Road to GM's player is the one with 1308, which leaves Complex fun at a disadvantage. @Round_House_Kick happens to be the highest rated player possible for this division.

Chesstastic VS Competitive Stars League

With 3 points already Chesstastic is standing face to face with a 1000 member club! Competitive Stars must win both of the two remaining games in order to make it to the next round. If Chesstastic wins just one more game they will have conquered a club that is 10 times its size!

The two remaining games: @kksukhwani (1139) and @PekkasRUs (1052) Chesstastic's player is almost 100 rating points stronger than the competitive stars league player. Competitive stars has a small chance

ChessForAll VS Puzzle Battle Tournaments  for Road to GM

This Match has ended with a Final score of 6-4 the win was taken by ChessForAll a 947 member club. The Puzzle Battle Tournaments for Road to GM is a 300 member club. The match went by pretty quick. I have not looked at much of the games, so I do not know what action happened. Why don't you go to the match and see some of the games?
