Hello dear chess fans!

After solving chess studies for 3-4 hours daily for a week I have found one chess study that I in particular wanted to share. The aforementioned training mechanisms was proposed by none other than Praggnanandhaa´s coach Ramesh RB. I say if you have struggled improving in chess you can also attempt this type of training when the only chess you train for a week is to solve difficult chess studies for 3-4 hours.

This study was composed by Mitrofanov in the year of 1967 and was called "Rustaveli-study" and is in particular known for its first move. A committee of players rating chess puzzles including Mikhail Tal ranked this study as the best of 250 entries.

If you want you can try to solve this study! Though a word of warning; it is really tough! If you are able to solve it, you are an incredibly competent chess player! Best of luck; you will need it. White to move and win.

After you have solved the study I encourage to test yourself and see if you got the solution. I have linked a video below where I explain the solution of this study.
