Chess is a sport. And I'm here to tell you why.
Chess has been a part of humanity for a long long time and people have been torturing their minds to be the best. But, it never got more than being a very intense tabletop game. It was set in the realm of Monopoly and Ludo.
Nowadays, Chess has been(and is) recognized globally... A lot more. Huge tournaments, prize money, and thrilling games. People should know that Chess has entered a new era where Chess might as well be considered an Olympic sport.
And for those who think sitting down for hours moving Chess piece es isn't physically tiring, think again. Which part of your body do you think requires the most energy? The heart? Your arms? Well, the part that you are using to think about this right now is the answer. Your brain. And the amount of energy it requires during Chess games is enormous. Unbelievable.

And I feel like Chess is similar to light cardio. Playing Bullet makes my heart run wild. But Chess is also tiring mentally. But like every other sport(or skill), you can build up your stamina by keep playing and training in Chess
