Easily farming GMs (in my dreams)

Hello spooky folks,

This one is definitely a difficult one. 

First I'm sharing with you a tactic with the best possible moves. We reached this position after Rg1 :

So I actually found this sweet sequence but my following moves weren't the best ones. After Rxf6, the pawn on e5 can't recapture on f6 because of Qxh5 (White Queen captures Black Queen).  This is what we played :

On move 4, instead of my aggressive Qxg2+ the best move is simply to move the threatened rook on f6 to f7. Keeping the pressure, there is actually no need to rush for less than perfect trades. 

On move 7 the best move was not the short-sighted Re2 but instead the nasty Nf4. My opponent's king would have been trapped in the corner and then no matter what he plays my rook can get to Re1. If he plays Rxf2 to take my pawn it is mate in 2 with Re1+ Rf1 Rxf1#.

I eventually got to a super confortable position being a knight up and 4 pawns each but I managed to make a mess of it and the game could have ended in a draw. Interesting endgame, see for yourself the full game :
