PNWCC Super Invitational - SOS (Summer of Seattle)

PNWCC is honored to host a double-round robin classical invitational tournament on chess.com in two groups.

The first group (S.O.S - Summer of Seattle) features 4 GM's with average rating of FIDE 2715 -

1. GM Shakhriyar Mamedyarov (FIDE 2764, world #11)
2. GM Le Quang Liem (FIDE 2709, world #31)
3. GM Jeffery Xiong (FIDE 2709, world #32)
4. GM Vladimir Fedoseev (FIDE 2678, world #58)

The second group (Rising Stars) features 4 GM's born after year 2000 with average rating of FIDE  2645 -

1. GM Esipenko, Andrey (FIDE 2682)
2. GM Maghsoodloo, Parham (FIDE 2676)
3. GM Tabatabaei, Amin (FIDE 2629)
4. GM Liang, Awonder (FIDE 2592)

The event will start on July 12th at 08:00 AM PST on chess.com (some games will start on different time due to time zone difference) and run for 6 days. Time control is G/90;+30. The four GM's  in the first group will present a super GM lectures on a later announced date to our chess chess fans.
