TACTIC in chess is a trick for your advantage over the opponent

COMBINATIONS in chess are a subset of tactics that are performed as at least two forced moves with a sacrifice. The more moves in the combination, the more difficult the calculation becomes

Tactics in chess are often based on two principles: checks and offensive attacks. In double attacks such as Achmaz (pin), the opponent is forced to react. The pinned piece is unable to move because the king piece would be checked. Achmaz is a Turkish word that means open it, which was added to Iranian chess literature during the Safavid to Qajar dynasties, who were Azeri speakers.

Queen, bishop and rook can pin. The knight is pinned. The king is the object of the pin move

Types of pins:

Perfect Pin: A piece that cannot move at all and the king is targeted

Relative pin: A piece that can move in one line (diagonal, column, line) and cannot move in another direction.

Same pin: If the pinned target is not a king, it may be a queen.

Double pins: Both king and queen can be targeted from two lines

Practical advantages of PIN:

Checkmate the opponent's king, Score points and pushing the opponent's pinned piece
