Slow chess and bad manners

I have been playing 30 minutes games or 30/30 and the manners have been quite poor. Apart from the no resigning guy, I had three disconnections out of 6 games. I would like to know if there is a group for slow games in a casual way. I have found some that organises tournaments but I don't know when I will be able to play. Thank you.
