Touch and Move unless you say in french j´adoube, compongo in spanish, אני מסדר בעברית.

This is one difference between OTB (Over The Board) to Online chess, 

When you are sitting across the board against an human he/she can force you to move a piece if you touch it unless before touching you say that you are meaning to fix the place and have no intention to move.

Should we need to do a rule like touch and move in online chess?

Should we erase the touch and move rule from OTB chess?
