Sandbagging

Well, Sangbagging, we expect for a player to do his best, when he lose not doing his best is sandbagging but it need to be intentional so in this way he lose Elo points to player against lower ranking players and be the best winning them.

If i´m tired and start blundering but i don´t stop, is sandbagging?

If i played in other websites, keep a low rate without playing and then i play an important tournament with a low rating, is sandbagging?

Having the chance to play against weaker players should be concidered cheating?
