Weird Position - School Tournament

Well, after teaching checkmate and castling i´m trying to let the kids play more one against the other. I decided to do a kick out tournament, basically if you win you continue if you lose you will go to the second tournament and if you tie, basically black win most of the time.

During the time i was making the matches for next week, second round, i saw the following position i needed to take a picture and share. Do you saw a worst position in a chess tournament? I will show more pictures during the week.
