Anti English - the Jänisch Gambit

Lately i play a lot of English openings, but "uh oh.." this time i had to play against it. Knowing of the normal English buildup. My plan was to bring it out of balance. I had no idea (until later) what i played, it seams to be called Janisch Gambit. But i lack much knowledge about it, and there isn't much info about it.
So I wonder did i play it right ?

I will show the game below, and i hope people will comment the opening part, as i am new to this Janisch opening, and like to know more about it. Although i won, i lack the main thoughts about this opening. It seames to work good against an English opening. please react.
