Learning from the Legends: Attacking from the opening

Most players dream about winning a game with a beautiful attack in Tal' style. Developing the pieces'ä to natural squares and suddenly starting an attack by sacrificing a piece.

However, most people would say that these times past long ago. The defensive techniques were found or improved. Nowadays, even amateurs know  how the defending side can put up much resistance against a greek sacrifice (Kg8, Kg6, Kh6).

But even until today there are some opening lines, which lead to strong attacks by either the white or black side. And today I brought an example by the legendary player GM Igor Glek crushing the french defense seemingly without much effort. The interesting part is that this game was not played in 19xx, but in 2023. Watch and enjoy!
