What is a Draw in Chess?
There are 5 ways to get a Draw
1. Stalemate. Stalemate is when one of the players have no legal moves (example below)
2. Insufficient Material. Insufficient Material is when both players don't have any pieces or both of the players don't have enough pieces to checkmate the other player (example below)
3. On Time and Insufficient Material. On Time and Insufficient Material is the rarest Draw in Chess it occurs when on of the opponents runs out of time and the both players don't have enough pieces to checkmate the other player. (no example below because its rare to get it)
4. Repetition. Repetition is where the same moves are played three times in a row. (no example because it looks like a normal draw)
5. Draw Accepted From Other Player. (not official name) Draw Accepted From Other Player is when a player offers a draw if the other player accepts then its a draw. (no example because it looks like a normal draw)
6. On Time. On Time is when one of the players run out of time (example below)
And that is all types of draws in chess! (i think though) (comment down if i missed one)
