The Fried Liver

♟️ Fried Liver Attack Trap
Opening Line (Italian Game):

e4 e5
Nf3 Nc6
Bc4 Nf6
Ng5 d5
exd5 Nxd5??
Nxf7!

💥 What Just Happened?
At move 6, White sacrifices the knight with Nxf7!, attacking the queen and king. This is a tactical trap:

If Kxf7, then White plays Qf3+, forking the king and knight on d5.
After Ke6 (only move to guard the knight), White plays Nc3 and brings pieces rapidly into the attack.
Black’s king is exposed and in big trouble early.

⚠️ The Key Mistake:
Black’s 5...Nxd5?? allows the trap. The safer move is 5...Na5 to avoid this line.
