NC Open - Round 1

The Greensboro Chess Festival is two tournaments in one: the US Masters which consists of players rated over 2200 and juniors over 2000 and the NC Open. I played in the NC Open - in the Open section. There were sections in all: U1400, U1700, U2000, and Open. 

My rating going into the tournament was 1904. My expectations were low and I hoped to acquit myself well. I ended up with 2 wins and 3 losses. In a weird coincidence, black won in all my games.

This is my first round game played Friday night. The time control was G/120 d5: Game in 120 minutes with a 5 sec delay.
