Chess Bots Inaccurate?

Martin is one of the worst bots ever right. His rating is 250 but anyone can crush him. So i wonder are bots ratings supposed to be accurate because there really not. My brother is 200 elo and he can beat Emir a 1100 bot. That just does not make sense unless chess.com wanted people from any rating to be able to beat bots. If that were the case  they should drop martin's rating to 100 and emirs to 500. Also mittens rating is not accurate either but that is a exception because everybody loves mittens. The first time i played mittens i was just like oh 1 elo i'll crush it. Then i lost so i did not want to tell anybody bc i thought they would laugh then i realized everyone gets crushed by mittens. Except for Hikaru which got a draw. Thats all on the bots
