Are chess.com bots really their elo?

I have played many chess.com bots and many don't seem their elo. And I bet many can agree. For example, emir is around 1,000 I think and emir is really easy to beat. While the lower rated bots seem a little underrated. I dont know if something is off or if it's just me.
