I have some Big Chess Plans

For the International Online Chess Syndicate or IOCS, I have some big plans. As some people already know, I am planning expansions across some cities and even local meetups post-Covid + I am working on expanding the online and digital expansion strategies. I also have plans on how to organize meetings, streaming games, etc. Right now, things are just the beginning.
