IOCS is Really Starting to Pickup

The International Online Chess Syndicate or IOCS is starting to garnish some traction. Right now, more and more members are joining its Waterloo, Canada meetup. We are also getting members internationally including from India. Here in the states, we may start picking up some members from Harbor Beach soon as well. It will be interesting to see how things go!
