Let's Talk About Why I Started a Chess Blog

Many people are likely wondering why I started this chess blog. While I feel to an extent I answered this before, I wanted to go into a bit more details. I didn't just start this blog as a marketing ploy for IOCS. I started this blog because I believe in the spreading of knowledge as well. This is one of the ways of actively engaging with the chess community, inspiring others, and even learning some things yourself. I can say from an honest perspective, I even started being more passionate about certain areas of the game that I wasn't before. I also started opening up to chess variants more than I used to.
