Online Chess is Flourishing

Something getting extensively popular is the world of online chess. At this point, knowing what website you are on right now, this is probably obvious to you. However, this is leading to some more extensive things. Chess streaming is becoming more popular. Chess influencers are taking a digital turn. Rated chess tournaments and matches available online are becoming a thing. Livestreams of those matches are becoming extensively popular. The whole digital and online centric aspect is just beginning. I like a combination of both. I like physical chess more than playing people digitally, but the fact that we have both allows chess to flourish more into mainstream culture.
