Bullet Mode Chess Live GLitch

Ok, so sometimes I'm playing bullet and towards the end of the game when I'm winning I see the other player thinking too much and his clock is running down so I'm there waiting. All of the sudden I'm the one running out of time, meaning 1 sec to make a move. What's up with that?
