The London System is an amazing opening for White that can help many players to get into a good position. It is not primarily called the London System if played by black. Let's learn it together! 

The London's first focus is to create a triangle-like structure with it's  d4, e3 and c3 pawns.

After developing White's 2 knights and Bishop, you are in a stable and well guarded position. Try look for Black's trips or mistakes and attack after them. Checking, pinning or forking can be a vital thing if you want to win with the London System.
After a while, you can get the hang of it ! You can even end the game without any major blunders! Here is the main idea of the opening: White defines a scheme for development and sticks to it, virtually regardless of what Black plays. This means that theory is not as important in a “system” opening like this one, and that the ideas do not vary much from one variation to the other.
