Do You Know?

Do you know your are the greatest poem I could never write, and even though I don't want to, I dream of you every single night?

Also there times I awake crying and calling your name, holding my pillow so tight, that I feel insane.

Do you know a day does not pass that I don't miss, and how try as I may I still cant for get the first time I kissed you?

Do you know that I feel any house I have with out will never be a home, and to this day that is why I am still alone.

Do you know how bad it hurts to look at our two beautiful kids, wishing so bad everything isn't the way it is?

Do you know I beg myself to let your memory go, and even though I don't want to, I find a piece of you in every single one of my poems?

Do you know, because I wish I did not? For I wish to erase you form every dream memory and thought!
