A Winning Sacrifice

Today I played a nice blitz game.

I misplayed my favorite opening, the Kan, or the Paulsen, as it is sometimes called, and reached a position where white had a good attack on the kingside.

White played the Greek Gift sacrifice (Bxh7+!) and although the sacrifice was correct, he played it incorrectly, following up with Bh6 and not Rh3.

However, the finish would have been very beautiful if he had played the correct move. Try to find it in this puzzle:
