The Galactic Rangers - Part 1
“What a great night,” Harper Jones said before going to sleep.
“Yeah,” his teammates replied.
But they didn’t know what was about to happen that night.
Wham!
“What was that?” someone shouted. “Something crashed!”
The lights suddenly flicked on.
“It’s 3 o’clock in the morning,” Harry Parker said.
They rushed outside and saw what looked like a spaceship in their backyard — metallic, scorched, and half-buried in the ground.
“What is this?” Leo Brook whispered.
“Let’s go downstairs,” Frank Wood suggested.
“But we should take weapons,” Leo Brook added.
“Great idea, Leo,” Harper said, nodding.
They grabbed a few old blasters and a metal bat, just in case, and began heading downstairs.
As they stepped out onto the back porch, they froze. Someone was already there — walking slowly through the backyard, holding a glowing light. The figure moved cautiously, scanning the area, like they were searching for something... or someone.
“Who are you?” Harper Jones called out.
The figure stopped. Silent.
“We’re armed,” Frank Wood warned, raising his weapon.
He turned — and for the first time, they saw his face. To their surprise, he looked human. Or at least, very close to human.
“Are you an alien?” Harper asked.
He nodded once.
“Can you understand us?” Leo asked cautiously.
“I can speak every language,” the alien replied, his voice calm and clear.
“Your name?” Harper asked.
“Alex,” he said without hesitation.
“Why are you here?” Frank asked, his grip tightening on the weapon.
"I want your help," Alex said, his glowing eyes scanning their faces.
"Are you the guy whose spaceship was seen in the U.S. last week?" Harry asked.
"Yes," Alex answered simply.
"What do you want?" Harper asked, his voice firm but curious.
Alex looked at each of them, then spoke:
"We know there is a team on Earth — a team that helps not only people here, but across the universe."
“Are you those people?” Alex asked, his eyes shifting back to the crashed ship.
“Because this spaceship, sometimes it doesn’t work properly. It’s an old model,” he added, looking at it with clear disgust.
“Yeah, maybe we are,” Harper said cautiously. “But what kind of help do you need?”
Alex took a breath. “There’s someone on my planet... someone who’s taken control. He’s captured my people, taken over our cities. I escaped to find help — to find you.”
"But we don’t go around helping people across the universe," Sam said, crossing his arms.
"We do," the rest of the team replied.
Sam looked confused. "Since when? We’ve never done that."
Harper turned to him. "You’re new, Sam. And right now’s not the time to explain everything."
“Alex, we should go upstairs,” Harper added.
He nodded.

The Story of Two Sides-Part 1
Once upon a time, there was a barangay in the Philippines where many villagers were against each other because of their religion and culture. Because of this, they refused to work together, and the community slowly became divided. Juan and his family’s house stood very close to the other side that had different beliefs because Juan had lived in that spot long before the separation grew worse. Over the years, many conflicts happened between the two sides, but Juan and his family never wanted to fight. They always hoped that something good would happen, something that could finally stop the conflict and bring lasting peace. One time, the disagreements escalated so badly that gunshots were fired, leaving many people on everyone on the other side. Both sides were injured. Too many were hurt, too many were affected. Some villagers couldn’t handle the burden of their struggles anymore and believed their lives were useless, while others were filled with revenge to avenge their friends and family and kill everyone. Eventually, both sides agreed to stop and have peace, but the tension did not disappear. Insults were thrown, physical fights still ongoing, and rocks were thrown from time to time. It was chaotic time, but the family endured it, but they were left with uncertainty if there was any hope left to restore the barangay to what it once was, a peaceful barangay. In the present, the family went about their daily routine. Maria was busy cooking for their son, Jose, who helped her prepare lunch and did chores around the house. Meanwhile, Juan fixed the broken fences and tended to their small farm filled with chickens and plants. Despite the frequent fights around their area, he remained resilient and believed change was still possible through hard work. Maria, caring and gentle, supported her family through every difficulty and believed the world could become better if people chose to try. Jose, though sometimes lazy, always did his best. He cared for everyone, everyone, no matter when they met, where they met, what happened before they met. His family, his friends, and even people he had never met. He dreamed of seeing both sides united again.

Leo Brook and The Lost City of Gold-Part 1
Mr Brook’s family was another usual family, lived in Whispering Pines in London. Mr Brook was the director of the film “Whispers in the Wild” which was a success. He was a slim man with beautiful eyes, hairs like a sea otter and a moustache. They together lived in an old and classic looking house. They had a son and they say he is the finest boy they could ever find as he is very intelligent. His name was Leo usually called “Break” because he keeps breaking things.
Mrs Brook was very thin, like a slim reed. Her eyes were bright blue, shining with smarts and interest. She had short hair, cut in a cool way that made her look confident and unique.
Leo is not very tall but has beautiful green eyes, is very fit and has very nice hairs. His hairs are very similar to Mr. Brook.
One day, Mr. Brook was in his house and was watching TV with his family to get latest news. Then in a moment Mr. Brook remembers that they had only a week in London and told his son and wife that they had to move to Egypt next week because the company decided to set up a branch of their company in Cairo. Both of them were shocked and asked why he hadn’t told them before. ‘Have you applied for visa?’ asked Mrs Brook. ‘No, not yet,’ answered Mr Brook. ‘My exam is starting from upcoming Friday,’ said Leo. ‘Don’t worry about that I will talk to the principal,’ said Mr Brook. ‘Leo doesn’t have passport,’ said Mrs Brook. ‘I applied for Leo passport,’ Mr Brook told. ‘What about flight tickets?’ asked Leo. ‘Oh, I forgot to book tickets,’ said Mr Brook worrying. ‘I don’t think that we could get tickets now,’ said Mrs Brook. ‘I will talk to our company agent; he will manage to get three tickets,’ said Mr Brook relaxed. ‘Better we go and sleep its 9o’clock,’ said Mrs Brook.
All three got up in early morning. Leo was ready for his school. Mr Brook was going to drop Leo to school so; he could also talk to the principal. ‘I will drop Leo to school and talk to the principal, you (used for Mr Brook) go and book tickets and apply for visa,’ said Mrs Brook. ‘OK,’ said Mr Brook. And then went to take car keys. On the other hand, Mrs Brook is going to bring her cycle to drop Leo to school.

Thousand Year Dead-Part 1
Long before the beginning of recorded time, there existed a group of people who appeared entirely ordinary. They were not. This group experimented with the human mind itself, creating relics capable of erasing thought from anyone who touched them. Their ultimate goal was to resurrect a lost god. They failed. Soon after, the group vanished without a trace. In scattered myths and half-forgotten records, they became known as the Thousand Year Dead. Centuries passed. The world ended once—then again. Humanity failed to perish, but it did not remain the same. New branches of life emerged: elves, cat-folk, hobbits, dwarves, and countless others, all living among the remnants of the old world. Ula knew none of this when she found the relic. It was unlike anything she had ever seen—smooth, dark, and strangely warm, as though it were alive. She examined it for hours before finally deciding to put it on. The moment she did, her mind went blank. Ula’s thoughts vanished, her will dissolved, and in the sudden silence of her mind, the Dark Goddess claimed control.
