What kind of puzzles improves your chess the most?

Hello, sorry I haven’t posted in a while, but today, I’m to be discussing what kind of puzzles improves your chess the most.

1. Puzzle Rush, I would recommend the 3-minute and 5-minute puzzle rushes because it helps you recognize puzzles quickly. As for survival, you can take however long you want, but that’s not how it works in a tournament, and why not just do regular puzzles? if you practice enough, in a tournament game you will be able to recognize tactics quickly.

2. Regular Puzzles, these are the best when you’re preparing for a really slow, classical tournament because you can take your time, and depending on your “puzzles” rating, it could be hard, or easy. It’s the better version of puzzles compared to survival puzzle rush.

3. Puzzle Battle, I wouldn’t really recommend this because it’s more like a fun game than something you can use to study, sure, you’ll feel the pressure but I wouldn’t play puzzle battle over puzzle rush when preparing.

4. Daily Puzzles, not the best either, most of them are pretty easy with some of them getting a little more on the complex side, but overall, not the best.

So overall, what would I use? I would use both regular puzzles and some puzzle rush.
