My Language Decoder

Rules of my language decoder:-

1) It is of the rule 1=A, 2=B, 3=C,.....,26=Z (positioning of the letters).

2) One major difference is that letters above the letter "I", when decoded, starts giving a two - digit number. So, what I did, is that basically dodging the letter. Like, for example, the word AT= 1 and 20 = 1(20). So, the number "2" in the number "20" goes towards "1", and the number becomes "1"+"2"="3". So the word AT=30. We can even form sentences!. Like, for example, form a sentence like "Robert is brilliant.". Translate it into my language and it becomes something like "1952700 109 390329260." Don't forget to put full stops even in the numbers like in a normal sentence.
