Hi everyone! It's me, SP_Chess_Gamer! Today, I'll will show you how to play Argentinian Chess

You can watch this video in youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eV0TNA_Mk0o

 RULES:

1. The rules are the same as regular chess except for these changes. For a refresher of those rules, check out this video. In the bottom left corner setup 4 white’s pawns on the 4th row. Below that from left to right setup: rook, knight, pawn, pawn. Then bishop, queen, knight, pawn. Then king, bishop, rook, pawn. For black, on the farthest row, from left to right, setup: Rook, pawn, pawn, pawn, pawn, knight, bishop, king. Then down the far-right column: bishop, knight, pawn, pawn, pawn, pawn, rook. Place black’s queen in the top right adjacent to the king.

2. Black goes first, then turns alternate. Also, castling is not allowed.

3. Pawns move 1 square orthogonally but capture 1 square diagonally. Pawn may not perform their initial double step move option, therefore en passant is not allowed. Pawns promote when they reach any one of their opponent’s king or bishop starting squares.

The first player to checkmate their opponent, wins!

This is the end of the blog! See you next time, bye!
