Can you solve this hard puzzle?

Hi guys! Recently in a game I saw a neat tactic that won me a game on lichess. So here is the position. How can you punish the move 23. Ng5?? by white? 

However, in the game I couldn't spot Qd6+. I made a small mistake and played 25. Qh5.

Although it was playable it simply wasn't so good in the position. Now, here is the full game.
