How to become admin in a large club permently

Hello friends. I am back with a new blog, and that is how to become admin in a large club. It will take time and work, but if you really want to be you need to earn it. What you have to do is make fun forums like daily puzzle, daily riddle and daily jokes. Mostly try for daily puzzle. Offer to do things like make a lichess team and youtube channels etc. Listen to whatever the club owner says. If he promotes you then make daily matches, vote chess and tournaments. Do not forget to be active in the club with daily puzzles. Make activity's for the club. I know someone by making daily puzzles he got to be admin. I by making matches, tourna , votechess got to be sa. Be active in clubs you want to be admin.
