The Statistical Data & Probability in Rating is more Accurate when by Rule of Chess the Game will be Win, Lose, or Stalemate no 'Draw ' Meaning the "Player" who uses the " 3 move repetition rule to " Avoid Checkmate" will" Lose" & not get a " Draw "  is the" Game of Chess" to me  Final note: Chess is only a "Very Good Game" that I enjoy very much, but you must Always Keep Focus , Win or Lose & Smile  & Learn because "Life goes On"  ok
