Chess Monday is a tournament designed and organized to bring all group members together for some fun!
It has already been held three times: 2020, 2021, and 2023. Now, after two years, it's back with exciting new changes!
Here are the key details to participate:
Starting from February 2025, a round will take place every monday at 21:00 (CET).
Each round will last 2 hours in arena format with a 3’+2” time control.
The tournament will be live-streamed on twitch!
The total points from each weekly round will contribute to an overall leaderboard, and the winner of the leaderboard will receive one of the prizes!

Monthly prices
π 1st place overall – 1 month diamond membership + ticket
π 1st place under 2000 elo – 1 month platinum membership
π One randomly selected player (who participated in at least one round) – 1 month gold membership
Anti-cheating policy
Any player caught cheating will be immediately banned from the club, losing all accumulated points.
Final Event – January 2026
The ticket will be awarded to the winner of each weekly round (11 winners in total) and will grant access to a final event in January 2026, where big prizes will be up for grabs!

In addition to the 11 weekly winners, 5 extra tickets will be given to:
π The player with the most tournament appearances
π The under 2000 player with the most points in the annual ranking
π The under 1500 player with the most points in the annual ranking
π The under 1000 player with the most points in the annual ranking
π One randomly selected player among all participants
Who Can Participate?
Everyone! π Anyone who is a member of the chess.com group can join the tournament you'll also have the chance to play against content creators, titled players, and famous chess personalities joining different rounds.
