Okay, so the previous game was very very tactical and quite complicated, so let's try and see if we can learn something from it.
Let's start with the obvious:
1: When e6 is only protectced by a pawn you should consider sacrifices on it.
2: Don't be too optimistic. Sure white did look good after the Qf3 move, but it's not a reason to suddenly play Rd1, it's still the same opening with the same ideas and it's been proven time and time again the rook should be stationed on c1.
3: Don't blunder, this last piece of advice is hard to follow, but it's difficult to get around it.
