Rook vs Bishop + Knight

Rook vs Bishop + Knight

Rooks are a very versatile piece. While some people may see that bishops are equal to rooks, this is not the case. When in the corner of the board, bishops can only reach 7 squares while rooks can reach 14 squares. Furthermore, bishops can only be on light squares or dark squares, only half of the board.

But what if Bishops are teamed with a knight? Bishop + knight can checkmate a king, but so can a rook. You can't move a bishop and a knight at the same time. When plugging in a position into the analysis board, the engine prefers a removed rook over a removed bishop and knight. What do you think?
