Back End Server Manager

I got a message from the site saying it was looking for a back end server manager. I think I may have the qualifications for the position, but I do not know where the appropriate place would be for me to apply. If you could direct me to maybe one of the Developer sites to apply, or just a link, to the desired area, that would be really nice. I would be able to be the back end server manager, or a system admisistrator, or just a plain old developer.

If someone could help, that would be wonderful!
