This series will have more parts,each one going on another variation of the opening!
First, let's start with the basics:
What is a gambit?
A gambit is an opening which one of the players sacrifices a piece,normally a pawn,for positional advantage.
Now that you know what is a gambit,i will show you the starting position of this gambit
Here there are more variations,but today i will show you the main line,where white accepts the free pawn and you get directly back the pawn
There are 2 good moves there,E3 and E4,i personally recommend E4 but both moves are great,as you see there.
I know this wasn't that much,but next time you will learn how to respond when he protects his pawn on C4 with B5.
