AlphaZero

I have a few questions about AlphaZero V.S. Stockfish. 

1. Was it fair? some say no some say yes.

2.whats the difference in the two computers? Don't just say ones better.

3.This is a big one. WERE CAN I GET MY HANDS ON THIS APPARENTLY BEAST COMPUTER?
