Part 1 The Emergence of Chess:

There is evidence in the reliefs on the pyramids that chess was played in Egypt at least 4000 years ago. It was also played in China, Mesopotamia and Anatolia. The game took its current name in India in the 3rd - 4th centuries AD, when it was called ÇATURANGA.


Part 2 Spread of Chess in the World:

The history of chess dates back almost 1500 years. Game M.S. It emerged in Northern India in the 6th century and spread to Persia. Chess fell into the hands of the Islamic world when the Arabs conquered Persia and later spread to Southern Europe through the Spanish conquests.

Chapter 3 The beginning of the Chess Olympiad:

Chess was so valued in Europe and Asia that it led to the start of the Chess Olympiads.

The movements of the stones changed in Europe in the 15th century. The modern game begins with these changes. Modern tournament games began in the second half of the 19th century.

Part 4 Chess from Past to Present.

Chess is a highly valued and loved game from past to present. With its 8x8 chess board, it shows us that life can be like 8x8, sometimes checkmate, sometimes king.
