Summary: My practice at the present stage

Hello everyone, today I will sort out my recent chess situation (in the 2100 section above lichess). Today I played a day with 2000+ players, basically 2100+, played dozens of chess, now add the previous data can basically summarize the rule and win rate ~ (based on 130+ chess).
Opponent rating: (Start with 1500 points, as you will rarely meet anything lower than that)
1500-1700:80% win rate,sometime because of nervousness i lose
1700-2099: The winning rate is about 70%. One of my big problems is that I am not stable in chess, because I have only studied for one year and need to play more chess to supplement my level
2100-2199:47% wins and losses are almost evenly divided, and often get tactical hits or gift pieces due to unstable level
2200-2399:35% win rate Usually I get nervous when playing against players I consider highly graded.

Good start for new learning: White Side: London System Spanish start (before I dropped pawn and catalan on the lower rear wing)
Black side: e4, e5 starts in Spain (before I go caro-cann)

I think stability is a relatively big problem, this may have to continue to play chess is better, mainly I a nervous or easy to lose chess, I summed up today to lose chess is, or nervous send son what, a walk will know, win is relatively high accuracy
