3 Check Tactics to Know: Don't Forget About Underpromotion!
There is something very satisfying about underpromoting to a Knight in order to get a third check. In this post I will share a few games where I did just that. I wanted to include one more example but these are the only games that I could remember when thinking of this topic.
On a side note, I am currently rated 2337 on lichess which puts me in the top 10 on the 3 Check leaderboard. I have been in the top 10 before, but it's been a long time. It's good to be back

In this last game underpromoting wasn't the only way to get a third check but I decided to include it anyway since I couldn't find any other examples of underpromotion.
