Wow! what a Manchester derby we saw on Sunday!
Perfect for Ruben Amorim and more anguish for Pep Guardiola...
The game started off fiery, but the first goal of the match went City's way, when Gvardiol headed in a deflected cross from De Bruyne.
In the 40th minute, things boiled up with Hoejlund and Walker, and they both got yellow cards.
Phil Foden then had a sight of goal but it deflected behind for a corner.
In the second half, Amad released a goal-bound header that forced Ederson into a save.
Both teams were knocking at the door...
Then, Mazroui took the ball of Doku, passed to Hoejlund who slipped in Bruno Fernandes, who could only chip it wide...
Manchester City managed to hold on to their advantage until the 88th minute, when a back pass gone wrong by Nunes, was cleverly converted into a penalty by Amad. He took the ball, and waited in the area for Nunes to foul him.

Bruno Fernandes easily converted the penalty. Game was on.
In the 90th minute, Amad Diallo made a darting run into the City defence. Martinex provided a wonder ball, and as the City players looked on, Amad Diallo chipped the ball over Ederson and hit it in the net from a sharp angle.
Surprise for everyone in the stadium.

Pep Guardiola: 'I'm not good enough!' 'I'm not doing well!'
When asked about the single player performances, he was at a loss to explain. He didnt know.
He feels his team are much more anxious on the ball now.
Ruben Amorim: 'I felt that belief!'
He feels that his team deserved to win, and that they controlled much more of the game unlike against Arsenal.
He said that the performance was good, and it was massive for the fans.
