Buddy System & Social Butterfly are two difficult achievements that will take time to get. So, what is the fastest way to get them? Clubs, clubs are the answer. Most of the time, if you join a club, introduce yourself, and ask anyone if they want to be friends, you'll get at least a couple of people that respond and send or accept a friend request. If you don't want to go through the hassle of joining a club, you could also make a forum or blog post, asking people to friend you. Both of these are good options, but Chess.com even helps you a bit by giving you a list of recommended friends. So, if you have the chance, go and look at that list.
