To celebrate the release of the new Super Mario Bros. Movie, Chess.com has made new Mario themed bots!

Meet the team!

First up is Boshi, rated at 400 elo, a combination of Yoshi and Alexandra Botez.

Next up is Fabigi at 600 elo, a combination of Luigi and Fabiano.

Then you got Lario at 800 elo, a combination of Mario and Levy Rozman!

After that is Princess Nectarine at 1200 elo, a combination of Princess Peach and Andrea Botez.

And last but not least you have the big bad himself, Howser at 1400 elo, a combination of Bowser and Hikaru Nakamura.

Beating the Bots!

Like most bots, there is a very simple trick to beat them! All you have to do is follow these simple steps:

          1. Go to play

          2. Click on computer


          3. Select any of the new bot

          4. Go to custom settings

          5. Set time to 1 minute


          5. Click play and don't run out of time!

This is a simple way to beat the bots by causing them to run out of time!
